FORPH is the youth wing of the People's Reform Party. Reform outlasts the person who starts it only if the next generation is trained to carry it, and this is where that training starts.

Why the youth
Her last campaign, in 2016, was built almost entirely on young voters and run online. She won university straw polls by margins nobody else came close to. The people who carried that campaign are who FORPH is for.
- Open to citizens aged 15 and over.
- Applicants under 18 join the party through FORPH.
- Every member, at any age, completes party training first.
