Privacy notice

The People's Reform Party, with headquarters in Quezon City, is the personal information controller for the data collected through this site.

Questions about this notice, or requests to see or correct your information, go to the party’s Data Protection Officer.

When you apply for membership: your full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, region, province, city or municipality, barangay, whether you are a registered voter and where, any other organisations you belong to, and whatever you write about why you want to join.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not collect anything about you unless you type it into the application form yourself.

To assess your application, to contact you about it, to schedule and record your party training, and to maintain the membership roll that the Commission on Elections requires of a registered political party.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with candidates, campaigns, or any other organisation.

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the application form. Your membership application also establishes a relationship with the party that we need this information to administer.

Because party membership reveals a political affiliation, the law treats this as sensitive personal information and holds us to a higher standard in handling it. We record which version of this notice you agreed to and when.

Only party officers who handle membership and training. The application database is not readable by the public and is not exposed to this website’s visitors.

For as long as you are a member. If your application does not proceed, for two years from the date you applied, after which it is deleted.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask to see the information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, object to how we are using it, ask us to delete it, receive a copy of it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent ends your application or membership, and we will tell you what that means before acting on it.

If you believe we have mishandled your information, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission.

This is version 2026-09-04. If we change it in substance we will publish a new version, and we will not apply the new terms to information you gave under the old one without asking you again.
